SOUTH COAST PARTIES

GUYS  The first thing we look for is a couple of nicely dressed photos. (No cock shots please). We also require your email and a contact mobile (whatsapp) - essential  so we can always contact you.  We are on the south coast so ideally you should be within an hour or two driving distance otherwise you are unlikely to make it as our sessions are only two hours long. You need to look clean and healthy. Looking scruffy or being in work clothes will not attract you to the women.

We are non judgemental, not racist and not interested in what you do - but you do need to be well mannered, polite, considerate and  roughly within our age range 40 - 65 though not carved in stone. I should add that arriving by car is the only practical way of getting here. Good parking on side roads and grass verges.

Read the style of the parties carefully. They are full on and not for the faint hearted.  You will be naked amongst other guys  all sharing or queuing to play with the women. Many women prefer bareback and just as many insist on condoms so you should bring them with you and lube. Sex is not guaranteed. Our ladies are in total control and can decide who they wish to play with. Bi play amongst guys is not permitted. We so ask a small contribution towards funding the event but this will be advised on the invitation (paid cash on the door or card). We don't tolerate smoking or vaping, sorrry. At our parties, we have a rule of SHOES OFF by the front door. Being on time is important too.

LADIES The first thing you should consider is IS THIS REALLY FOR YOU?.  If you love a variety of men and can multitask and be as greedy as you like with total abandon, then yes you'll love it here. (see our style of parties)

We love women of any size, and virtually any age but preferably not under 30 (as we find they tend to "disappear" on the day). We do need a couple of photos, and contact details (whatsapp and email). You should come along in your day clothes and change when you get here.  Arrive a little earlier and you will have space on our courtyard/drive.

Our ladies are in total control: who they decide to play with and if their preference is bareback or condoms - our guys will always respect that because I tell them in advance how each of you prefers to play. I should mention that bi play amongst our ladies is allowed and usually happens if they can shove the men away for a while. Yes, you can come on your own or bring your husband or FB along with you but we ask for a contribution of  £10 only.

We do have a rule of shoes off at the front door. Stilettos are very sexy but they make dents on  our floors - please don't wear them. We certainly cater and welcome disabled women (but we don't have wheelchair access). There are grab handles at the front door, porch and in the toilet.

All newcomers will be invited as guests to participate in any or all of our parties. After the third visit, you will be invited to be a member of our community and this will give you discount on the contributions and full access to the GALLERIES where you can see all our members. Members will have passwords to gain full access.

YOUR HOST

That is me, Alan. I am always on the door and usually handle 95% of the party messaging. I like you all to be on time if you can because I also have to attend to adding ice, filling up the water, or getting more Red Bulls out or even showing new guests around. Do I join in? Yes, I love to but usually I am kept to busy making sure you have a great time and leave with a smile.

WHERE WE ARE?

Literally on the A27 that runs through Worthing. We are on the west side.

Worthing station is 3.5 miles away - a taxi costs around £ 12.
